These terms of use govern access to and use of the InsureMotos website and all related services accessible at insuremotos.com. By visiting the website, submitting a quote request, or otherwise interacting with the platform in any capacity, users indicate acceptance of these terms in their entirety. These terms became effective in March 2026 and apply to all users regardless of location or method of access.

InsureMotos operates as an auto insurance quote request and information platform. The platform connects users seeking auto insurance coverage with licensed insurance carriers that may be able to provide policy options. InsureMotos facilitates this connection by collecting user information and transmitting it to relevant insurance partners. InsureMotos itself is not an insurance carrier and does not directly underwrite, issue, or bind insurance policies through this platform.

Use of the InsureMotos platform is intended for individuals who are residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age. By submitting information through any form on the platform, users represent that they meet these eligibility requirements. Submissions on behalf of another individual without that person's knowledge or explicit consent are not permitted.

Users who submit information through InsureMotos are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete data. Deliberately providing false, misleading, or fabricated information in connection with a quote request undermines the integrity of the quoting process and may result in inaccurate coverage recommendations. InsureMotos reserves the right to disqualify or discontinue service to any user found to have submitted fraudulent or materially inaccurate information.

The InsureMotos platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to submitting automated or scripted form requests, using crawlers or data scraping tools to extract content from the site, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, and submitting fictitious or duplicate quote requests intended to inflate submission volumes. Any commercial use of InsureMotos content without prior written authorization is also prohibited.

By providing a phone number or email address on the InsureMotos platform, users consent to receive communications related to their quote request, including calls and SMS text messages from InsureMotos or its carrier partners. These communications may include service notifications, follow-up regarding submitted requests, and information about available coverage options. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Users who wish to discontinue SMS communications may reply STOP to any text message received, and no further messages will be sent following that request.

All content published on the InsureMotos platform, including written copy, design elements, trademarks, logos, and structural layouts, is the intellectual property of InsureMotos or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of any InsureMotos content without express written authorization is not permitted. The InsureMotos name and associated marks may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior approval.

InsureMotos provides the platform and its content on an informational basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information presented. InsureMotos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on information provided, or outcomes resulting from interactions with insurance carriers accessed through the platform. The total liability of InsureMotos for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the user in connection with the service giving rise to the claim.

InsureMotos reserves the right to revise these terms of use at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a corresponding revision date. Continued use of the InsureMotos platform following any posted modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with updated terms should discontinue use of the platform.

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
